Montana Voices

Indigenous women go missing at a rate 10x higher, per capita, than any other ethnic group in America. In St Ignatius, Montana, I had the opportunity to spend time with high school students who are lifting their voices to stop violence against indigenous women. During their Fall football season these high school players came together to raise awareness about MMIW (Missing and Murdered Indigenous women). These young people are the key to seeing long term change.
