I’m So Happy About Me

Today I read a story about a child who was having a hard time learning to ride a bike. After a few scraped knees and some tears, she wanted to give up. Her Mom comforted her, and encouraged to keep trying. Eventually she mastered the bike riding, and as she went speeding by her Mom, she said, “I’m so happy about me!” This made me laugh, and it inspired me to create a little book about this story. So many times in my life it would be easier to give up, but with a little encouragement and resolve, I can do hard things. I can learn along the way, and I can be kind and brave.
